Dr. J.Brandon Luter, DDS
Dr. Luter was born and raised in Southwestern Colorado. He is a fifth-generation Colorado Native and was brought up on a small ranch just outside Durango, CO. His grandfather, Patrick W. Luter, MD, was one of the first general surgeons in Durango. Dr. Luter spent many hours with his grandfather in the hospital and can recall rounding with him as a young child.
Following high school, Dr. Luter attended McPherson College in McPherson, KS, where he majored in Biochemistry. He played college football as a defensive lineman. After college, he spent one year as an Organic Chemist prior to attending dental school at the University of Colorado.
He likes spending time enjoying the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer. One might find him on a hike to a top-secret fly-fishing hole! Most importantly, the companion on the hike will be his English Bulldog Walter or his lovable Labrador Waylon.
